In the early 1960's,  Rose, Klein & Marias (RK&M), a law firm specializing in workers’ compensation and personal injury, and related litigation areas, opened their office in San Bernardino to serve the needs of the residents and people working in the tri-county and high desert areas. The firm’s main office was in Los Angeles.  RKM had developed a strong relationship with organized labor, with countless union locals, including locals of the UFCW, referring their members to the firm for consultation and representation in the  areas of workers’ compensation and personal injury law. In 1963,  Rose, Klein & Marias established its relationship with UFCW Local 1167, a relationship which has blossomed and continued to the present time. The firm now has offices in Ontario, Los Angeles, Orange, Long Beach, San Diego, the San Fernando Valley, Glendale, and Ventura, with the Ontario office serving the membership of Local 1167.  Dennis Sherwin, one of the managing partners of the Ontario office, is the contact person for the membership.
