Friday - July 18th, 2008

Employees working at Rite Aid voted Wednesday July 16th, 2008 and Thursday July 17, 2008 to ratify a new 4 year agreement at 6 of the 7 Southern California UFCW Locals. Local 1036 has not yet completed the voting but all indications show the contract will be ratified overwhelmingly. Voting will be completed by Saturday July 19, 2008.
