Today is the Deadline... and we're still waiting for the employers to offer us a contract proposal

The employers have had six months to offer us a fair contract, but they continue to drag their feet. Stater Bros. and Gelsons markets offered us a fair deal months ago and Ralphs, Vons and Albertsons could have done the same thing.

We have been waiting at the bargaining table for days now for the employers to offer us a fair contract proposal that we can take to you on Sunday for a vote.

But we're still waiting...

The employers refuse to meet us in negotiations, but it looks like they're planning to talk to you in the next few days at mandatory meetings with your District Managers.
