Bargaining went late again Thursday evening. Progress has been slow. UFCW Local 1167 is committed to bring back the best contract possible. The mediator is fully aware that we are committed to stay at the bargaining table as long as the parties continue to make progress. Details about the progress are not available due to the media blackout however, negotiations could possibly be extended through the weekend. Strike preparations are ongoing however, we are doing everything possible to avoid a strike.
