Bargaining went late Sunday. Negotiations are continuing again today.

We are pleased with the progress that has been made on many of our key issues, however some key issues remain unresolved.

We are working hard to resolve the remaining issues and will stay at the bargaining table as long as we continue to make progress.

UFCW Local 1167 is committed to bring back the best contract possible.

As a precaution, strike preparations are in place.

The 72 hour notice has not yet been given.
