Albertsons, Ralphs and Vons have provided your union negotiators with an updated Health and Welfare proposal and are handing out written propaganda at store level about how great this new proposal is. Though the companies have agreed to a small increase from their original Health and Welfare offer, it is still unacceptable and severely underfunds your current medical plan. The union’s resolve remains unchanged.

As we continue negotiations, it is critical that we stand united in defending our health care and wages. Until we secure a fair contract we cannot waiver. We must continue to show our solidarity.
