Union negotiators have been in negotiations for 8 straight days working late into the night with the Federal Mediator.
Some Health & Welfare Plan design issues have been worked out, but the Employers still have refused the money needed to fund the health plan. Our Health Plan is continuing to run out of money at the rate of approximaly $233,333.00 every day or $9,722.22 per hour. Without appropriate funding, working out plan design is meaningless and puts the health plan at risk of bankruptcy. Employers still refuse to discuss wages. We are getting closer to giving 72-hour notice if adequate funding is not achieved soon!

Demand Respect from your Employer today!
Ask Management:
Why don't you Respect me? I work hard everyday to make this company profitable.
Why won't you fund our healthcare properly? Why do you still have a proposal on the table that will cause our health benefits to run out of money in 18 months ?
Should we treat our customers the way you treat us? Everyday we treat our customers with dignity and respect, why won't you treat us the same way?
Apparently you want a strike. That is unfortunate!
The extension agreements remain in effect.
