All eligible Ralphs employees were recently mailed a Notice of Denied Claim Letter which indicated that the deadline for filling an appeal with the Special Master was Monday , August 27 2007. The Special Master has extended the deadline for appeals to Wednesday, September 5, 2007. If you wish to file an appeal for reconsideration of your claim in this matter, please follow the instructions outlined in your Notice of Denied Claim letter. Your written appeal must be received by the Administrator on or before September 5, 2007 to be considered.
